Dr Ilan Ben-Zion

Clinical Psychologist

Clinical Director

Hi, I'm Ilan! I 'm a Clinical Psychologist and founder of Becoming a Parent.

One day you might be a wife, husband, son, daughter, friend, the next you’re a mum or dad too. So much changes overnight. The challenge of bringing up a child is like no other, and one which everyone approaches in their own unique way.

I'm so excited to introduce the Becoming a Parent course and hope it will make the transition to parenthood a smoother and easier one, which will provide long term benefits to you, your relationship and child for years to come!

Manjit Sidhu

Systemic and Family Psychotherapist

Hi, I'm Manjit! I'm a Systemic and Family Psychotherapist.

I have been working with children and adults for over 15 years. My work with families has been varied including couple relationships, siblings, separation and adoption, as well as extensive group experience with parents and their children.

My passions include holistic forms of healing such as reiki, meditation, and energy work. I am part of a healing hub where like-minded individuals meet to shift and grow. I like to build and make things and may have one too many plants.

Dr Stef Kouvaras

Clinical Psychologist

Hi, I'm Stef! I'm a Clinical Psychologist.

We live in a world which can often tell us that we are not good enough. I think it is important that we can learn to be more compassionate to ourselves, however I recognise that this is a skill that needs a bit of practice!

I really believe in the importance of having a healthy work life balance and the importance of self-care. I go to the gym regularly as a way of releasing stress and connecting body with mind. I love music (and singing badly!) and catching up with friends to have a good laugh and eat too much food!
